This opportunity is for a motivated Senior Customer Success Manager who wants to join an exceptional software unicorn and be one of the pioneers of the French office.
My client is opening its French office and is looking for 5 people to start (Pre-Sales, Sales & CSM).
They have been developing the French market for more than 18 months and are already making multi-million revenue.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Proactively manage a portfolio of Enterprise clients once the implementation phase is completed.
- Develop and build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors: steering committees, regular visits, reports, events.
- Understand clients’ needs and priorities in order to optimize the use of their platform and consult them on how to win new market shares.
- Be in charge of product value understanding by the customer.
- Be the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve our customers.
- Collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams (Product Management, R&D, Marketing and Sales) to drive better results.
